This Privacy Policy explains how 45APP ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the mobile game Dayama ("Lay of Rummy", the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to run the game, your account, online multiplayer, and ads.

a) Account information

• Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and profile photo.
• Email/Password: your email address and a display name you choose.
• Facebook (optional linking): your name and profile photo, if you link Facebook.
• Guest mode: an anonymous account identifier; no email or name required.

b) Game and profile data

• Display name, avatar, points/score, in-game coins, rank, win/loss statistics.
• Friends list, friend requests, and (optional) direct chat messages with other players.
• Leaderboard entries (name, avatar, score).

c) Device and technical information

• A device identifier and approximate network information (IP address) used to detect simultaneous logins and prevent abuse of guest accounts.
• Crash and diagnostic logs.
• An advertising identifier and standard device data used by our advertising provider to serve ads (see Section 3).

d) Notifications

• A push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send game and message notifications. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and profile.
• To provide single-player and online multiplayer gameplay, matchmaking, friends, chat, and leaderboards.
• To save your progress (points, coins, statistics).
• To show advertisements and reward you with in-game coins.
• To send notifications you have not disabled.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and fix crashes.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses trusted third-party services that may process your data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging, crash logging) — privacy
• Google AdMob (advertising; may use your advertising identifier and device data for ad serving, measurement, and where permitted, personalization) — privacy
• Facebook Login (only if you link Facebook) — privacy
• Google Play Services — privacy

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Ads

The App is supported by ads via Google AdMob. Ads may use an advertising identifier. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings. In regions where required, we request consent for personalized ads.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the App (Profile → Edit Profile → Delete My Account). Deletion removes your profile, friends, friend requests, sessions, leaderboard entries, chat data, and your authentication account.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California, DPDP in India), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, use the in-app account deletion or contact us at okeydayama@gmail.com.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country (e.g., Google data centers). By using the App you consent to such transfers, carried out with appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
